Zweimal pro Woche startet die Gruppe am Parkeingang gegenüber dem Filmtheater Friedrichshain. Gelaufen wird zunächst ein Stück gemeinsam, danach teilt sich das Feld in Gruppen. Nach eigener Beschreibung reicht die Spanne vom blutigen Anfänger bis zum Ultraläufer. Mitgliedsbeiträge und Vereinsstruktur gibt es nicht.
