Der Afterwork Run startet donnerstags an der Kneipe80 im Glockenbachviertel und führt rund fünf Kilometer an der Isar entlang. Laut Club ist jede und jeder willkommen; das Tempo liegt bei etwa 6:30 bis 7:00 Minuten pro Kilometer.
