Treffpunkt ist die Laufabteilung der Filiale am Alexanderplatz. Die Strecke weist nur geringe Höhenmeter auf; laut Veranstalter ermöglicht das auch Einsteigern den Anschluss. Die Gruppen werden vor Ort nach Tempo aufgeteilt, angemeldet wird direkt am Treffpunkt.
